Sorato-Ryu Kenjutsu
Winter Workshop
25th-27th
June
2010
We
are having a weekend of intensive Kenjutsu training at a lovely venue near
Stanford. Beginners are welcome!
The Campsite is called “De Uilenes” and is a historical old
farmhouse building that can sleep 40 people, located above a beautiful dam
(with fishing, boating, swimming etc.) with views of the Overberg. There
is a large kitchen with an adjacent hall that will serve as our dojo.
Accommodation for couples is available, with ample sleeping space for
single people in an open plan loft and dorm. Please let me know if you want
‘married quarters’, which I will book for you on a first come, first
serve basis. The guest cottages on our nearby farm will also be
available.
To get there, take the N2 from Cape Town and go through Hermanus and
through Stanford
to Gansbaai. Go straight through Gansbaai and after a few kilometres
turn left on the tar road to Baardskeerdersbos/Elim. Follow this road
for a few kilometres until you see the signpost for De Uilenes on the
left. Turn left there and after a few hundred meters turn right into De
Uileness, Left at the barn and drive to the end of the road View
